This site is to help us spread awareness about driving while intoxicated, the incompetency of the justice system, the incomprehensible consequences of it all, to change the current law, and to force the state of Arizona to file new charges in the undisputed killing of my son Aidan. On top of our pain, we have to deal with the reality that my son's killer was set free and was allowed to go back to Oregon, where he is not only free to be with his loved ones but after 14 months, has no new charges filed against him (Phoenix police finished their investigation on 2-23-23); leaving the world vulnerable to the bone-chilling grief that my kids, everyone who knew Aidan and I are suffering. I have given up everything I had for this fight. A fight to prevent another family from going through this agonizing reality and to hopefully stop someone from ruining their life.
